The City Council of Everett is obligated

to have a No Confidence vote on Anthony DiPierro

who:

1)Resigned office for his racism and ugly hatred

of minorities

2)Was banned permanently from having parties

by his aunt, Nicole DiPierro, Housing Supervisor

3)Sent a disabled elder a hate-note on my birthday,

May 8, 2026 (I believe Fran LaRovere and Nicole

DiPierro allegedly filed 2 court dates on my birthday

in 2025 and 2026). These are hate-filled elder abusing

individuals and need to be tried and convicted for

their elder-hate.

This is not a joke, and do not take the crimes of

the DiPierro/DeMaria Family lightly. They hurt

Everett citizens, voters, taxpayers and rate payers.

1)On March 24, 2026, outgoing EHA Executive Director

sends a letter to Anthony DiPierro absolving him of his

ethics crime of posting in the community room.

Stephen Kergo, who allowed breaking and entering

into my apartment (see e mail) while I was at the cardiologist,

July 3, 2025, with no 24 hour notice that all tenants deserve

in Massachusetts, now thinks he is the Pope giving absolution.

It is wrong and Kergo should be punished for it,

even if he is resigning.

2)On October 23, 2023, DiPierro's aunt, the Housing

Supervisor Nicole DiPierro, banned her nephew

permanently from having parties on Housing property

for his ethics violation*

*Please note, I had informed the Housing Supervisor

that DiPierro continued his misconduct after her letter,

so, clearly - not allegedly - she aided and abetted him.

And she retaliated against me for reporting her nephew's

misconduct, which we are happy to tell a judge.
