Carlo DeMaria's April Fool's Day Joke on Us!!!!!

 the residents are hoping that the reprobate marries Delores Ross of Housing and that they both get booted.  Now that would be a marriage made in hell, Carlo.  Public Safety?

 

Update 10:44 am 6/16/26 You may have heard that there is intensified police activity at Whittier Dr as of June 4. The community is up in arms with reports to the police and the mayor's office from multiple seniors. A fellow who calls himself Carlo DeMaria's "chef" moved in May 1 and has caused quite a ruckus, which I attribute to the Housing Coordinator, Jean Daniel, and DeMaria's cousin and interim Housing Executive Director Nicole DiPierro. He claims that Carlo DeMaria "got him" the apartment, which allegedly means jumping over the long waiting list. May 13 the police arrived because he threatened to shoot a couple's dog. A family pet. Allegedly he called me "racist" for having Housing maintenance people Joanne Pisacreta and Chris Giarratana, Maintenance Director - VERY nice people by the way, ORDER HIM TO remove what he called Puerto Rican flags from obstructing the railings that the two other tenants and I need. These weird aluminum or something wraps with flags on them where you couldn't even put your groceries on the railings to open the front door, or use the handles for safety. He said they cost him $50.00 and that he would "take it out on" my "ass." So I called the police myself and talked to SEVEN POLICE OFFICERS IN A WEEK over the nutjob. Vulgar mouth. Who puts a flag up on a No Parking sign anyway? Rumor is police were here yesterday (I was writing Rolling Stones (the band) reviews and didn't see them) because neighbors contacted the police and the mayor's office about the reprobate. He was blasting rap music with his radio on the front and back porch, drinking open alcohol on the front and back porch (many neighbors witnessed it) and is just another bad egg from the Housing Coordinator Jean Daniel, Housing Supervisor Nicole DiPierro and the cousin of Nicole, Carlo DeMaria, allegedly. Where is the Ward 3 Councilor Anthony DiPierro, that, my friends, is the joke of the day. Welcome to Whittier where there is no public safety due to the negligent Housing Supervisor Nicole who took me into court, and lost, on April 17, 2026 (at $75,200 per year) because I refused to go to her High School reunion (She signed that under oath) and that my pictures of her broken steps at 393 Ferry St were "stalking her" while she was in her bunker under lock and key. No, those photos showed her negligence where seniors pay rent and could all have fallen and sued Housing for NEGLIGENCE The ugliness of DeMaria continues in Everett, doesn't it? The guy is 60 years of age, birthday on April 1. The joke is on us seniors, perhaps, cousin Carlo.
