 Drunk Tenant with a Gun?  Everett Housing Leadership Has Failed and Must Be Removed 

Dear Council, 

I intend to show up to speak at a meeting soon. 

A new tenant claims Carlo DeMaria got him into the apartment

of a wonderful woman who passed away.  Almost immediately

the fellow allegedly threatened to kill a next door pet, a dog,

with a gun.  The police arrived on or about May 13.

Alcohol and Guns do not mix at Whittier Drive, and does he

actually have a firearm and why?

This would terrify any reasonable person and the city council

must act. 

Is DeMaria putting residents into Housing without CHAMP

and other waiting list procedures?  I need the council to

investigate that question.

When DeMaria lost the election his cousin, Nicole DiPierro,

a vicious and negligent woman, should have been removed

from Housing.  DiPierro has no clue how to deal with seniors,

and she gets a sick relish from her constant abuse of elders. 

Her nephew, racist Anthony DiPierro, has to live with the

Governor's comments on him:

On my May 8th 72nd birthday DiPierro sent a vicious

"birthday e mail" telling me that this elder's medical

issues were "self-induced" and calling himself "YOUR Ward

3 Councilor"   He's as much my counselor as pedophile Trump

is my president, E Jean Carroll!!

So "Councilor" DiPierro, putting his aunt in the CC (I never

write that vulgar woman...why bother?) both harassed

me - DiPierro being an elder abuser like his aunt, and a

racist as well.  Get rid of them.

There may be a gun with a drunk at Whittier Drive claiming

Carlo DeMaria got him the apartment.

Though a cardiologist demand I have a PCA, who would

want to work where some Housing Supervisor yells and

screams in the hallway like a two year old?  Then in

a court of law, Ms. DiPierro lies about her blatant abuse

of an elder.

Jean Daniel, another F.O.C. C. (Friend of  Cousin Carlo)

is negligent, allegedly had his shoes off and bare feet

in the community room taking leases last year, 

and is incapable of handling Charles Censullo (nice

guy on his meds, a violent maniac taking by the police

to the psych ward and banned by Dunkin Donuts.)

I believe Dunkin has a restraining order on Censullo

and he is not welcome at other stores.

Nicole DiPierro and my former care provider Shelby

Perrault laugh and smirk and claim that I start 

arguments with these people.  I have already filed

with assorted government agencies on Perrault,

DiPierro, and her whore of an attorney, Fran LaRovere.

Many government agencies.  Ask Housing Authority's

Delores Ross how effective I was in Medford:  VERY!

Racist Councilor Anthony, his creepy aunt, Jean Daniels

and Fran LaRovere are the product of Carlo DeMaria

Carlo is gone.

Those 4 have to go.  And if it takes my last breath legally,

and it very well may, they are my pet projects now...

How do I find the dates of the council meetings? I want to speak about tenants drinking alcohol outside of their apartment, 

one of the tenants allegedly having a gun and threatening to shoot a dog, someone's pet around May 13. I heard the police 

at his door and I spoke to the officer who took the call this past Saturday, May 30. This is too serious to ignore. 

 The dude asked me to drive him to Home Depot then to 7/11 of all places, and he bought alcohol there. 

 Then has it on his front and back porch blasting the radio
