i spoke to multiple tenants, outside on Whittier Dr
a)Got verification that Mr. Roman threatened to shoot
a dog in the head - a wonderful couple whose pet was
endangered
b)Actually heard the police (Officer Woodford, I believe) who
responded to the May 13 police report by the neighbor ...
they were under my window.
I KINDLY DROVE MR. ROMAN TO HOME DEPOT TWO DAYS IN
A ROW, AND HE ORDERED ME TO DRIVE HIM TO A DIFFERENT
7/11 (NEAR CITY HALL, I WAS TAKING HIM TO ROUTE 16)
...AND HE PURCHASED ALCOHOL, WHICH HE DRINKS ON THE
FRONT AND BACK STEPS FROM AN OPEN CONTAINER.
MY IDEA WAS TO KEEP THE PEACE, EVEN THOUGH LOUISE FORD
DOWNSTAIRS KEPT CALLING HIM LOCO AND MAKING A LOCO SIGN
NEAR HER EAR. SHE TALKS TO HIM EVERY DAY BECAUSE SHE IS
LONELY.
AFTER SHOWING KINDNESS THE MANIAC SIDE OF MR. ROMAN
WAS OBVIOUS, FROM HIS LOUD VOICE IN THE AIR HERE
2)Mr. Roman said to me May 20 "Fxxx with me and I will kill you."
I phoned the police and spoke with two officers

Roman assumed that I reported him to Joanne Pisacreta
Maintenance at Housing for ruining the safety handrails
with flags and paraphernalia. He assumed correctly.
Housing made him remove the public safety danger
and he yelled to Louise "I will take it out on his ass."
A third death threat saying "We'll shoot him" got another
call to the police.

The neighbors were complaining to me about Angel's loud
radio, blasting daily, disturbing the peace, along with his
loud threats, acting like a bully gangster and claiming this
is his home now.
He also claims Carlo DeMaria got him the apartment,
implying he didn't have to get on a waiting list like the
rest of us
here is where Jean Daniel engaged in
more elder abuse and I alleged criminal
conduct for a Housing Coordinator
Mr. Daniel wanted to call me into a
meeting on June 11 (I filed a grievance
instead) blaming me for Angel Roman's
misconduct.
Y'all know me, the quiet piano player
that DeMaria's cousin, Nicole DiPierro,
is fixated on. talk about Perjury, the
entire DeMaria crowd needs to go the
way of Wayne Matewskey These are
very bad people, they are wolves preying
on the elderly. Mr. Daniel is ignorant of
elder needs, what a waste of money

puppet of elder abuser Ms. DiPierro, the
aunt of the racist ethics violator Anthony

Housing. Showing her negligence.
The judge threw her out on her ugly derriere,

prison, incarcerated, jail them for elder abuse
and allowing violent individuals like

perpetrating a fraud on a tenant.
