New Mayor, New Summer at Whittier Drive and the Everett Community

Seniors are an asset to a community.  When I was a young man, only a moment ago, I visited SCORE in Boston for some advice on my business, a record label.  And at 72 years young it got me to thinking, why is Everett Housing Authority deficient when it comes to pooling resources and utilizing the brain power of its older citizenry...and create programs that give seniors something to do.

• Why isn't the room coordinator at 21 Whittier Dr. reaching out to the 120 apartments, as I advised her long after I got the government grants, plural, for my documentary film on life at Whittier/Proctor/McKinley/Lynn St, Shute.

• Dale Palma, God bless him, at the Council on Aging put  posters together in different languages, which I've been advising Shelby Perrault to do.  Shelby, unfortunately, wants to have lunch with one person at Whittier, deficient in her duties to actually help our seniors, has lunch, picks up her baby, drives an hour up north  - not a member of our community, just a part timer who could care less and who actually causes pain and problems for our elder community.  Ms. Perrault does not harness the enormous brain power available, or do as I suggested and have a trip for the seniors to Arts For Everett INC, dba Art Lab Everett. 
  
• After my documentary interviewed Martha Chason-Sokol, owner of the museum on 132 Bucknam St here in Everett, I introduced Martha to Mystic Valley Elder Services in hopes  that we'd get a bus or The Ride or something and give the Whittier seniors a field trip.
• Crickets.
• Instead, Ms. Perrault was coddling the late drunk Robert Bailot, a trouble maker smashing a vase in a drunken rage at 21 Whittier, putting all the tables against the piano (I have photos,) and four times I had to bring him to court (he didn't show up for one of them) to get an Harassment Prevention Order.  Why Bailot was allowed to terrorize the TV room (no tenants could use the TV as Bailot hijacked it, according to illegal casino owner Peter Chiarello moved to Shute by Housing as he kept the 3 Whittier door open with a hat so that every Tom, Dick and Harry could come through the building and gamble, among other things.
• Ms. Perrault was coddling Charles Censullo, a poor man who needs an institution, not to be violently waving an American flag and yelling God Bless America at ungodly hours in the morning or at night, a detriment to the community.  The late Sharon L. Benigni (Chambers) was one of Shelby Perrault's pets, despite a complaint letter on her three years ago, and four women at Whittier complaining about Benigni.  She could be seen with Bill Penney chain-smoking day after day after day and the three of them, Perrault, Benigni and Penney, created a ghost town with the community room, intimidating those who would want to utilize the resources: the television set, the piano, the books, the DVDs....all just sitting there collecting dust so that Bill Penney could do his puzzles and post them on the walls.   Community?  No, just self-serving ...actually, selfish individuals who don't think to maybe have a foreign language class at 21 Whittier or more exercise or music or the arts.
• When I had the rare opportunity to question the Housing Supervisor under oath May 21, 2026 (and I have filed a complaint on Housing as of 2/14/25 per advice of Housing and Urban Development, the complaint being investigated by the MCAD) I asked Ms. Nicole DiPierro, aunt of racist city councilor Anthony DiPierro, if she considered herself a de facto caretaker of elder citizens at Housing?  (paraphrased)
• "Oh, yes" the deficient new Interim Executive Director said, lying through her teeth on the witness stand.  What "caretaker" marches into Malden District Court lying to Judge Morgan that an elder with a broken arm and congestive heart failure is "stalking" her by taking pictures of the broken steps at 393 Ferry Street where we pay our rent?
• What a sick puppy Ms. DiPierro is, to harass a tenant, raise his rent I believe unethically, and be a prime example of the black eye her cousin, Carlo DeMaria, put on the city?
• Take a photo of broken steps, the fault of Ms. DiPierro, and she shrieks her way into Malden District Court to claim she is being stalked?  She is the stalker, but that's a story for another day, and even her good pal Judge Kareem Morgan threw her out on her fat derriere.  DENIED

  What a lunatic, a clear and present danger to seniors, and I have the evidence. 
• So much for the field trip to Arts Lab Everett, where Ms. DiPierro should have been putting her energies for the $75,200.00 per year that she gets paid courtesy of Cousin Carlo, not the ex Executive Director, Stephen Kergo, that, as bad as he was, gets some unwarranted blame from Carlo DeMaria and his wife Stacy DeMaria, at least in their in-person communication with this writer.
• Instead of Ms. Perrault sitting on her obese behind maybe a field trip to the Museum of Science, or the Isabella Gardner Stewart art gallery?  No, Shelby likes to just sit at the lunch table not with my friend Dorothy, or the late Sharon - just Bill Penney now, why do work?  Why put a little elbow grease into her paycheck????  Perrault would rather commit perjury and smear an elder person in court May 21, 2026, that - get this - she was assigned by Mystic Valley Elder Services to take care of.  I did not choose her, we had a better counselor for me at MVES but they seem to be stretched so thin they forced me to take the highly deficient and vulgar Ms. Perrault, thick as thieves with elder abuser Nicole DiPierro.   As sick as DiPierro's nephew Anthony and his racism and unethical behavior in the community room, which got the Ward III alleged "city councilor" banned for juvenile buffoonery he probably learned from aunty.
