A month ago today Angel Roman found himself in a police report for

We believe DiPierro and his cousin, Carlo DeMaria, put Roman into Whittier,
ACCORDING TO MR. ROMAN HIMSELF.

Why wasn't Carlo's alleged friend Roman arrested for a death threat, much like
Scott Merchant ?
May 20th, after driving Mr. Roman to Home Depot 2 days in a row, and a liquor
store near city hall, I'm walking down my 2nd floor steps and Roman says to
me "Fuck with me and I'll kill you." Guess when I didn't drive him to Social
Security in Malden he got angry.

(so much for a waiting list, allegedly, the Interim Housing Director is the cousin
of Carlo DeMaria, notorious Nicole DiPierro, she who laughingly attempted to
get a restraining order on a tenant she hates on April 17, 2026 but her pal,
Judge Kareem Morgan actually threw her out of court and DENIED HER, despite
mentioning in open court that he knew her well. ) More about Ms. DiPierro at

I've spoken to 7 police officers about this maniac, Roman, and the mayor's office.
Why hasn't Roman been arrested yet, as Scott Merchant was for alleged threats

A friend of ex mayor McGlynn's was arrested twice in one year, a)arrested for threats made at Station Landing where the landlords allegedly threw the perpetrator out for smoking on the property, b)the 50 year old man arrested again having a sleep over with a 16 year old down on Cape Cod. It wasn't the sleepover, the perp was plying the young lad, Bryson Alexander, with alcohol. (12 years ago, making the perp 62 years old, 2 years older than Angel Roman)
Mayor Michael J. McGlynn was friends with the 50 year old, no allegedly necessary, as the perp was part of the public access station that I personally shut down due to their racism.
He also terrorized mayor Breanna Lungo Koehn on the internet when she was a city councilor and I was the one -- authorized by councilor Lungo Koehn, to clean up the mess that the individual made for the current mayor.
The perpetrator got away with the bomb threat, and plying a minor with alcohol.

Angel Roman threatened me three times, and the Everett Police are aware of it.

In Everett there is a terrific police officer designated for seniors. She has known me
for four years, I respect her, and she phoned me to say that she would talk to Roman.
One of the complaints on him from various couples at Whittier, couples, is that his drinking on the front and back porch has him blasting his radio.
Indeed, I was interviewing a 5 time Grammy Winner - a producer for guitarist
Buddy Guy (full disclosure, in 1986/1987 I co-produced Buddy Guy as well)
and Angel Roman decided to blast rap music under my window. I got up during
the interview and shut the window My director focused on my Zoom guest.
Kind of like Housing Supervisor/Interim Executive Directors shrieking and
yelling at my apartment in June of 2024 with no 24 hour notice, Nicole DiPierro
- cousin to ex mayor DeMaria, and Angel Roman, alleged chef to DeMaria,
do we see a pattern here? Full disclosure: DeMaria and his wife Stacy are
not in my fan club, I campaigned for the other guy, and we defeated DeMaria.
It feels like DeMaria's revenge, doesn't it? An embattled ex mayor under
investigation by the ethics commission pulling a Donald Trump retribution
move utilizing his alleged chef, Angel Roman! Would you rather be
allegedly sexually molested by Wayne Matewsky, "No Show Joe" McGonagle,
or be the dog threatened to get shot in the head allegedly by Angel Roman?

The elephant in the room, of course, is Anthony DiPierro, nephew to
the unbalanced Nicole DiPierro (no alleged necessary) and cousin to
unethical ex mayor Carlo DeMaria. DiPierro had to resign for racism,
and has the distinction of the Governor, Maura Healey, noting:
"there's no place for racist commentary or actions"
among public officials. [1]
The community loved Darren Costa as Ward 3 Councilor, and
after the Nov 7 2023 campaign a police officer advised me to file
in court against a DiPierro thug; I was viciously attacked by multiple
DiPierro miscreants. Taking the officer's advice I filed in Malden
District Court the next day.

In May 2022, Massachusetts Attorney General Maura Healey (now Governor) publicly
called for the resignation of Everett City Councilor Anthony DiPierro after he was implicated
in a racist commentary video. DiPierro resigned from the council that same month
Yesterday, June 12, 2026, I attempted to go to Coffee Hour by Mystic Valley Elder in our
21 Whittier Drive community room. Only two tenants showed up, Jimmy and yours truly.

Joseph!) abandoned her duties with no notice.
You see, perjurer Shelby Perrault from Mystic Valley (she asked me if I
was having sex with my personal care assistant, and lied about it under oath
in a court of law) ...Ms. Perrault never saw a brutal assailant (the late Bob
Bailot, Charles Censullo) that she didn't love to see attack elders...a story

under oath in a court of law as well. When Attorney Francis LaRovere,
friend of DeMaria - also being lawyer at the Housing Authority, is busy, busy, busy
suborning perjury from these individuals, you know why I'm talking to
clerks, judges, police and filing with government agencies that want me
to be confidential about it.

against the lot of them, filed Feb 14, 2025, and heating up right now.
It all goes back to DeMaria, doesn't it? Allegedly put the "chef"
in to 3 Whittier to threaten me and a doggy, and drink beer on
the porch from an open container, and blast rap music, and put
paraphernalia all over the railings we seniors need (he accused
me of calling up Housing on him and having them removed!
Of course I called Maintenance's Joanne Pisacreta and emailed
Chris Giarratana, Maintenance Director - all good people,
to which Angel Roman yelled "I'll take it out on his ass."

Pastor Jean Daniel delights in these threats against seniors
and called ME, the victim, in for a meeting where the
perjuring Pastor wanted to blame ME for Roman's actions.
I filed a grievance and didn't show up. But I do intend to
litigate against Daniel for his repulsive behavior. Where IS
he pastor? The Church of Satan? The devil is too nice a
guy to hire Jean Daniel, alleged by Louise Ford downstairs
of accepting leases in the community room with bare feet.
Filthy if true, but we digress again.
Shelby Perrault asked me to play piano for the seniors,
and I did for 2 years (thanks for the 20$ tip Rep McGonagle,
and helping Councilors Guerline Alcy, Katy Smith, Darren Costa and I get
new recycling barrels. When you are a good boy we do
appreciate you.) I did a documentary (through government
grants) on how great it is at Whittier. Oh well, at least I wasn't
under oath when I created that dog and pony show, Mr. LaRovere.
But the documentary shows what Whittier Drive can be, what it should
be, once someone who threatens an innocent dog is put in jail the way
that alleged Wayne Matewsky victim Scott Merchant, father of 3, was
locked up.
In conclusion, back to yesterday when there was no coffee hour June 12,
I did speak to multiple tenants. The woman whose dog was attacked
by Roman (I did hear the police May 13 when they arrived,) and that
neighbors next door are terrified of Roman, and upset by his disturbing
the peace with loud music day after day after day, and other neighbors
too disturbed to talk about it (but telling me that they called the mayor's
office too, so Mayor Van Campen has the testimonies) and Scott Merchant
was locked up for allegedly being sexually molested by a city councilor,
and DeMaria's "chef" is roaming free, like the individual in Medford
under ex mayor Mike McGlynn.
See a pattern yet? I do.
*One final note on Nicole DiPierro, in Malden Court she went flying out
of a confidential mediation into the loving arms of the court cameras in
the hallway screaming "I feel threatened." Mother Theresa she's not.
Ms. DiPierro is under oath saying in court that she thinks she is a
de facto care person, as she beats up on an elder that she hates.
