Alleged Chef of Embattled Ex Mayor Carlo DeMaria Arrested on July 15, 2026 Terrorizing Whittier Neighborhood

 ARRESTED INDIVIDUAL ALLEGES THAT HE GOT INTO HOUSING BY 

EX MAYOR CARLO DEMARIA.   

DID HE SKIP THE WAITING LIST?

POLICE ARRESTED THE INDIVIDUAL AFTER MULTIPLE THREATS AGAINST A DOG AND A HUMAN BEING. 

NEIGHBORHOOD TERRORIZED 

 Interim Executive Director of Housing, DiPierro, aunt of the racist Ward 3 Councilor, has to take responsibility for this fiasco, and her Housing Coordinator's ties to the arrested individual.

 

Angelica Santonastaso allegedly spent 10 years at Everett Housing Authority and allegedly asked the disgraced ex mayor, on trial at the Ethics Commission, to remove Nicole DiPierro from Housing.  De Maria, based on information and belief from a very good source said "I can't, she's my cousin."   At $75,200.00 per year Ms DiPierro has a reputation os the Mean Eviction Queen, and tenants rightfully fear a woman who will evict you if you look at her the wrong way.   Multiple elder services people have complained to this writer about her, but she is thick as thieves with Shelby Perrault of Mystic Valley
