Mystic Valley Elder Services Change Name, Probably Due to Horrible Reviews on GlassDoor

Mystic Valley Elder Services, now Mystic Valley AGING services, their room coordinator told us today at Coffee Hour (July 17, 2026) that they consider "elder" a derogatory term. I do not. I think they had to change their name due to the plethora of bad reviews from patients and from staff.
Personally, they signed Shelby Perrault - the 21 Whittier Room Coordinator - to me as my care provider (my previous provider Kayla was great, but Shelby was near my apartment so...) and the woman has lied about me in court, in a case I filed with a government agency, etc. She commits perjury more than she changes her blouse, it's disgusting. She asked me if I had sex with my personal care assistant, and in Woburn Court on May 21, 2026 when I asked her that under oath she lied about it to the judge.
Sick. Lying about an elder person that she is supposed to protect, that Mystic Valley put in her care.
Creepy. Ms. Perrault is so deficient only 3 tenants showed up at Coffee Hour today. Two people from Neighborhood PACE, a great and caring outfit, and one other tenant. Perrault has some overweight chain-smoker as the sole participant in the room, daily. He committed perjury in a court of law saying to the judge that I met my significant other in the jacuzzi. My best friend lifts weights, and never has entered the pool or the jacuzzi, but notice their fixation on my personal life and not on the fact that they are liars, perjurers and bullies.
The overweight puzzle maker has a pet bird as his only friend, and is mean and keeps people intimidated as the late Bob Bailot used to do. How can you have a community room where crazy Charlie waves a big flag and can hurt people, and calls Ms. Perrault the "C" word, and calls myself, Darren Costa (former Ward 3 Councilor)_ and Ms. Perrault "Mother(blankers.) He said "I'm going to get you....cocksucker" and Perrault lied about that under oath.
Crazy Charlie was carted off to the police for the psych ward, yet Shelby threw me to the wolves after I played piano for her for two years, and watched her pet psycho get carted off to the hospital in handcuffs.
Housing blamed me, falsely, because they and Shelby are sick people.
Fast forward to this week, July 15. Jean Daniel attempted to evict me because I filed a police report on May 20, 2026 against the alleged drunk who threatened to shoot a dog. He then threatened to kill me.
Daniel met with him after my police report and they tried to turn the tables and call me the aggressor.
After the assailant threatened me, he claims to be the chef of Carlo DeMaria, I phoned the police on Wednesday July 15, 2026. The assailant calls Housing Coordinator Jean Daniel to help him, Daniel is advising the terrorist and snickering, 3 times, at this tenant. Snickering. The Perjuring Pastor himself.
