Dear Councilors,
In the four years and five months that I have been here (since April, 2022) at Whittier Drive
trespassers behind the Whittier Drive buildings, alongside McKinley St, and in front of
Whittier Drive violate the No Trespassing signs and Tenant Parking Only signs.
With a new Board of Commissioners set to meet tomorrow, 9/22/26, we must address
the negligence of Housing Coordinator Jean Daniel and Housing Supervisor Nicole DiPierro,
both installed under the regime of ex mayor Carlo DeMaria, and their failure to monitor
these properties properly.
As I managed an AirBNB (and two producers for the Rolling Stones, one being inducted
into the Hall of Fame on Nov 14) good management is not easy.
Nicole DiPierro and Jean Daniel are not just slightly deficient, they are irresponsible
and need to be fired for cause.
I personally asked Ms. DiPierro - while she was under oath - if she thought of herself
as a de facto nurse or care provider for seniors. The individual who I believed snickered
in a court of law, unable to act like an adult in a mature fashion, was busy busy busy
allegedly removing a 92 year old woman from Housing, One tenant alleges that
Ms. DiPierro's vicious way of handling tenants caused the death of Bob Bailot. His
son was living at 23 Whittier allegedly for over 7 years and she obtained the evidence
from this journalist. Crickets.
Ms. DiPierro has denied me services; she's more efficient aiding and abetting her
nephew - another DeMaria shill - when he harassed me on my birthday with his
aunty in the CC of the horrific e mail attacking my health issues.
Why does DiPierro have an axe to grind with me, other than my having her
ban her nephew, the Ward III councilor, from having parties in our community room
or on any EHA property?
Well, she was staring at my handsome best friend at the top of the stairs, just

staring at him. My Personal Care Assistant hired part time by Mystic Valley Aging
Services (nee' Elder Services.) He called me from Brazil on Sunday at
3:17 pm yesterday to say "You are in my heart."
Ms. DiPierro denies me services, and had she given us PCA papers in a
timely manner isn't the rule that if I pass away he gets the apartment?
Also, aren't personal care providers allowed to live in the apartment for free
to take care of the elderly? We were not afforded that opportunity as
Ms. DiPierro created incredible hardships for a man with congestive
heart failure and a now twice-broken right arm.
Were I managing the property I would have had the roofing materials,
a blight on Whittier Drive, in rented PODS or held off the property.
It's a mess here.

Shelby Perrault's unnatural relationship with Charles Censullo who
abuses her and she takes it like some woman having Stockholm
Syndrome. Censullo was cuffed by the police and put in a psych
ward in October of 2025 prior to the election.
The noise pollution at Whittier for our high rent monies as bad
as the mess that is on our lawns when a professional like myself
would have hired PODS or off-property maintenance for the
roofing materials.
Heck, with Guerline Alcy, Darren Costa, Katy Rogers and Joe McGonagle,
I finally got us 3 new recycling bins, one of which is now missing.
I get things done. I am a professional
The Board of Commissioners must fire Ms. DiPierro and Mr. Daniel
for cause.
