Pastor/Politician Named in Court Papers Allegedly Harassing Popular Local TV Host
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
Jean Daniel, public figure / failed political candidate and alleged pastor who
lost in Spectacular Fashion for political office 2025 on the coat tails of embattled and disgraced ex mayor,
Carlo DeMaria, is named in two court houses for harassing a popular handicapped, elder minority person.
In unprofessional fashion, Daniel attempted to be friendly with the record producer/film director
known decades for representing producers for the Rolling Stones, Eric Clapton
and other industry icons until his boss, public figure and Everett Housing Authority
supervisor Nicole DiPierro, aunt of the racist Ward 3 City Councilor Anthony DiPierro,
allegedly ordered Daniel to engage AND participate in her harassment of the HANDICAPPED senior.
For Pastor Daniels, it is an alleged violation of one of the seven deadly sins,
Envy, and the Ninth Commandment: "Thou shalt not bear false witness against thy neighbour"
( is the Ninth Commandment in the traditional Ten Commandments (Exodus 20:16; Deuteronomy 5:20).
It prohibits lying, perjury, slander, and gossip that harms others, establishing a moral standard for truthfulness in speech and reputation."
Documentarian/Producer Joe Viglione, who filmed a lovely movie on Whittier Drive funded in part
by the Mass Cultural Council and Everett Cultural Council, a popular figure with almost 5,000
friends on Facebook including record industry icons, music business people and Grammy and
Rock and Roll Hall of Fame Gold and Platinum Artists is also a film critic (Joe was a judge on the 41st annual
Boston Film Fest and has interviewed Michael Moore, Jodie Foster, Director Robert Zemeckis
(Back to the Future), author Donna Halper - over 1,000, is quoted in multiple books as well as the New York Times,
Boston Globe etc, with writings published in the Times, Globe, Rolling Stone, MSN,etc etc.

pays his rent, is very good to his neighbors, and has faced harassment from Daniel for
years, including annoying phone calls trying to get Viglione to remove someone else's
pumpkins - states "I have no idea why this guy comes to my apartment unannounced,
no 24 hour notice, phoned me repeatedly to remove items that I didn't even own, yet
had my back hall lights off for months refusing to repair them, and a bunch of trash
in the backhall for years, before I moved in 4 years ago. One of my neighbors called
the place a "slum," With that trash at the bottom of the stairs, it was truly living in
squalor where I pay rent. I believe was unfairly charged by Mr. Daniel for this year's
rent in retaliation, though the financials were both from 2024. How could rent
almost double when the same tax return and/or financials were utilized."
Housing is allowing Viglione to recertify and a lawyer has filed a
retaliation complaint on Housing and Ms. DiPierro, Pastor Daniel's boss,
at the MCAD.
Housing Supervisor Ms. DiPierro is the main defendant and harassment complaints resident Joe Viglione
has filed in Malden District Court (July 10, 2025) and recently in front of a second judge
on or about April 8, 2026. Also named in the new complaint filed in courts in Woburn
and Malden are Shelby Perrault from Mystic Valley Elder Services, maintenance
person Brian Arrington, Attorney Francis La Rovere and Pastor/Politician Jean Daniel.
Viglione noted "I beleve Attorney LaRovere is inept and bungling, allegedly churning (undeserved profit)
these complaints - refusing a judge's request (Jan 2026) to end the insanity, as La Rovere seems
to relish his immense contributions to the harming of the handicapped/elder rent-paying
tenant - for LaRovere's own profit. That was in January, in December LaRovere called
the journalist a "terrorist" to another judge in Woburn.
Viglione stated "I believe LaRovere should have been sanctioned by the courts and
I have filed multiple complaints with multiple government agencies on La Rovere
and his abusive client, Nicole DiPierro." Indeed, a head clerk offered Viglione
advice to go to a head judge and other departments on Viglione's allegations of
wrongful conduct by LaRovere and an attorney/mediator at Malden District Court.
Two things appear to have set the Housing Supervisor off to start her campaign
of hate against the elder, which Viglione asserts/alleges contains perjured testimony
under oath by public figure DiPierro:
1)Political journalist Viglione forced Nicole DiPierro to permanently ban her nephew,
racist Ward 3 Councilor Anthony DiPierro from ever having a party on Everett Housing
Authority property for posting on that property when his opponnent, the former city
councilor Darren Costa, did not. Costa is honest and well-loved by many, DiPierro
used his disgraced cousin's political machine, the product of Carlo DeMaria's
poisonous tree, to edge out Costa and in another election, the beloved Maria Bussell.
Councilor DiPierro had his reprobate friends, ex councilor Nick Saia and sexual harasser,
the late Robert L. Bailot Sr, doing his dirty work with him.
Anthony DiPierro even spoke to Viglione's publisher at the Somerville News Weekly,
which appears to be interference in the work of one of his aunt's tenants.
In extremely ugly fashion, Ms. DiPierro has allegedly suborned perjury of the room
coordinator, Shelby Perrault, who was Viglione's care provider from Mystic Valley
Elder Services, with an affidavit from Lisa Jimenez who is actually the person
who advised Viglione to go to the hospital on May 20, 2025. That's right,
Ms DiPierro is interfering in the medical advice Viglione depended upon from
Mystic Valley Elder Services. Ms. Jimenez is on camera saying how proud
Mystic Valley Elder Services. Ms. Jimenez is on camera saying how proud
she is of Viglione, yet Ms. DiPierro - warned by a cardiologist to be careful
with the legal proceedings, is unleashing all hell to lie and cheat to have
Viglione thrown out on the street, which would harm his good credit rating.
2)Ms DiPierro is incensed that Viglione paid $300.00 to issue her and
Ms. Perrault subpoenas to testify in court against Bob Bailot which
resulted in a verbal restraining order on Bailot after two paper restraining
orders. Rather than protect Viglione's quiet enjoyment and public safety,
based on information, Viglione believes DiPierro is behind many of the
assaults.
"What LaRovere and the attorney from Mystic Valley Elder did in June of
2024 was what I call "perjury via counsel." Both attorneys lied to the judge
and said that Perrault and DiPierro knew "nothing." Which is impossible
as they are the two in control of Community Room 21 Whittier.
Attorney LaRovere congratulated Viglione after the judge blasted Bailot
in open court and said "Steve Kergo said you are suing us" in June of 2024.
"And Joe, call me Fran, we are on a first-name basis" the attorney with
the unclean hands said to his prey/victim.
"Well, Fran, the window shut at the treasurer's office so they didn't take
my money to sue you, I will give you another chance." (Paraphrased.)
I was the one filing first, and did on 2/14/25. LaRovere screams and
yells from the rooftops that he filed first. LaRovere is a liar.
On February 14, 2025, after numerous ridiculous fake "eviction notices"
for Arrington's alleged abuse of my smoke detectors, and other
nonsensical abnormal aberrations, I filed a complaint with the Mass
Commission Against Discrimination on the advice of HUD, U.S.
Department of Housing and Urban Development.
After a failed mediation at MCAD, an allegedly furious Ms. DiPierro
sent another phony eviction notice claiming the handicapped man
with a broken arm was in an "altercation" with a crazy man who is
banned from multiple stores in the area for ....harassment.

where the crazy man threatened Viglione's life calling him a
"cocksucker" and that he would "get" Viglione, terrifying. He
called Shelby Perrault a 4 letter word agains women (See You
Next Tuesday) and "motherfucker." The man should be
institutionalized, but Viglione now believes Crazy Charlie and Bailot
and other alleged individuals are part of DiPierro's plan to
get Viglione out of her life. .

Perrault blurted out also a question: "Are you having sex
with your personal care provider?"
I walked away without answering her vulgar request.

Ms Perrault's Sexual harassment is as bad as her good friend Bob Bailot
trying to drag Viglione into the men's room for sex, which resulted in
LaRovere himself to file a 209a restraining order agreement (1/12.23) on Bailot,
which Bailot violated on May 18, 2023, but Ms. DiPierro, knowing Bailot to be a
friend of her racist nephew, refused to evict Bailot as she
was required to do. Bailot smashed a vase and barricaded
the piano in an allged drunked stupor saying "Nicole's
going to get you." Ms. DiPierro knows all of this as it is
documented.
FOUR KIND POLICE OFFICERS ADVISED VIGLIONE TO GET
HIS OWN R/O ON BAILOT AND NOT TO RELY ON HOUSING.
VIGLIONE TOOK THEIR ADVICE ON NUMEROUS OCCASIONS.
DiPierro has keys to Viglione's apartment and said "I can come to your
apartment at any time" (paraphrased.) Her problem is,
she does so with no notice, no 24 hour notice, and while
Viglione was at the cardiologist on July 3, 2025, EHA President
Kergo was kind enough to inform Viglione that they broke
into his apartment with no notice, breaking and entering.
Email is in court documents.
I have 3 instances of DiPierro harassing and abusing me,
which is all that are needed for an HPO from the court.
Ms. DiPierro has Zero, so she allegedly commits perjury
and claims, falsely, that I am coming after her family.
Really? I gave DiPierro valuable record albums (Bette Midler, etc)
in an act of kindness, so she kicks an old man in the teeth
in an act of kindness, so she kicks an old man in the teeth
with her lies.
ONE OF THE MOST EGREGIOUS ACTIONS HAPPENED
LAST MONTH WHEN PERRAULT'S MVES, AN AGENT
OF DIPIERRO WHO SIGNED ALLEGEDLY FALSE PAPERS
WITH THE MCAD UNDER PAINS AND PENALTIES OF PERJURY,
THEN WENT AFTER VIGLIONE'S NEW MEDICAL PROVIDER
DEMANDING INFORMATION (WHICH IS CONFIDENTIAL)
AND TRYING TO HARM VIGLIONE'S HOSPITALIZATION AND
MEDICATION.
MS. DIPIERRO AND HER AGENTS ARE ATTEMPTING TO FURTHER
COMPLICATE THE CONGESTIVE HEART FAILURE AND
THAT KIND OF ELDER ABUSE DEMANDS INCARCERATION
OF ALL FIVE OF THEM, I BELIEVE.
MYSTIC VALLEY ELDER SERVICES HAS A 93A letter demanding
they respond in 30 days. Viglione intends to sue. The former
elder services people outraged that Viglione got a better provider
attacks his people with the new provider, Perrault saying in the
community room "I am losing all my people..." (to the provider.)
The provider has dozens or participants, sometimes daily.
On March 13, 2026, Perrault had 3 people at her coffee hour,
and 2 of her pets in the next room, five people at a failed
weekly event. Perrault needs to be fired for cause.
So do Arrington, Daniel, DiPierro and LaRovere.
AT AN ALLEGED ELDER MEET ON PHONE SCAMS,
A TENANT WHO ATTENDED TOLD ME SHELBY ONLY
HAD SIX OR SO PEOPLE THERE, AND THAT SHE
DIDN'T EVEN SHOW UP. WHY IS A NEGLIGENT WOMAN
NOT HELPING ELDERS THAT SHE IS PAID TO HELP?

Infuriated that Viglione took 2 photos of Everett Housing Authority's
broken steps (which actually showed DiPierro's apathy and negligence)
she then filed a complaint that the photos were "stalking" her at her
place of business. I believe Housing repaired those dangerous
steps where an elder could sue Housing for the neglect, and infuriated
she perjured herself, allegedly, in a court affidavit.

(with harassment during the legal case, paraphrased from
a note from the doctor) LaRovere and DiPierro gleefully
turned the elder abuse/harassment up a few notches.
Viglione was invited to a high school reunion at the Kowloon,
but was informed that it was DiPierro's graduating class.
Viglione stated "No way in hell I will go to a reunion where
that monster may be there " (Paraphrased.)
Ms. DiPierro wants a restraining order because her victim

Disgusting. DiPierro's fixation indicates she has a crush
or obsession on Viglione, who is happy to admit he is
a same sex person and not interested in a middle-aged
unkempt woman who cannot control herself around seniors.
Her hair was a mess in court, so unprofessional.
This kind of elder abuse is not normal, and any reasonable
person would be afraid of DiPierro using Housing Authority monies
to pay a pit bull like LaRovere, an attorney with no manners,
and Viglione believes, no ethics.
Viglione is filing with multiple government agencies
against all these monsters. Many complaints already
filed.
There is so much more, but this press release says
enough - Viglione believes - for an HPO against
the cousin of Carlo DeMaria for elder abuse and
abuse of a minority, handicapped person.

on my May 8th birthday. How sick is that?
